How to Order
Simons-Reef welcomes you as a valued customer and offers you various convenient ways to shop for frags.

Carts/Account/Checkout

Shopping Cart - The shopping cart software will show you a breakdown of all items ordered and subtotals for each item. Once you've reviewed your order, click the Go To Checkout button to continue.

My Account - The first stage of Checkout requires that you register as a Simons-Reef customer. Enter your User Name and Password if you are a returning customer, or click on the "New Customer" button if this is your first time. Having an account with Simons-Reef allows us to deal with your orders more effciently and provides convenience for you by preventing you from entering details with every order.

Checkout - Checking out is a simple process that should take a few minutes at most. After your order has been completed, an confirmation email should be sent to the email address that you used to register with the store.

Postage and packing - All frags are sent double or tripled bagged and in a 2inch thick poly box which is about a foot square, 40hr heat packs are included depending on time of year. I will not send corals unless you have agreed delivery date. All deliverys are before 0900am.

Cost - This will be worked out when you checkout you will be given option on delivery day

1 Frag delivered on Tuesday - Friday is £14   

2-5 Frags delievred on Tuesday -Friday is £16

1 Frag delivered on a Saturday is £16

2-5 Frags delivered on a Saturday is £18
